Ulcer of the stomach, also known as a gastric ulcer, a sore or lesion that develops in the lining of the stomach. It can also occur in the upper part of the intestine. Stomach ulcers occur when the lining of the stomach or upper intestine is irritated by the damaging effects of stomach acid.

1- THE CABBAGE

Cabbage is a great remedy for stomach ulcers. It contains lactic acid, cabbage produces an amino acid that stimulates blood flow to the lining of the stomach. This helps strengthen the lining of the stomach and heal the ulcer.
In addition, cabbage contains a good amount of vitamin C, which is particularly beneficial for patients with H. pylori infections. In addition, experiments show that fresh carrot juice contains a peptic ulcer-releasing factor - (vitamin U).
Cut half of a head of raw cabbage and two carrots into small pieces and put in a blender to extract the juice. Drink half a cup of this juice before each meal and at bedtime. Repeat daily for a few weeks. Make sure to use fresh juice each time.

For the treatment of stomach ulcers, bananas are very effective. There are certain banana antibacterial compounds that inhibit the growth of ulcer caused by H. pylori. Bananas also protect the system by reducing the acidity of gastric juices. This helps reduce inflammation and also strengthens the stomach wall.
To treat ulcer, eat at least three ripe bananas a day. Otherwise, peel two or three bananas and cut into thin slices. Put the slices in the sun until they become dry. Grind the dried banana pieces into a fine powder. Mix two tablespoons of this powder and a tablespoon of tomato. Take this mixture three times a day for about a week.

According to a study published in Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition, capsaicin found in Cayenne pepper inhibits gastric acid secretion, stimulates alkali production, and stimulates gastric mucus secretions and mucosal blood flow. , thus preventing ulcers.
Mix one-eighth of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper in a glass of warm water. Drink twice a day for the first two to three days. Gradually increase the amount of cayenne pepper to a quarter teaspoon twice a day for the rest of the week.
Otherwise, take cayenne capsules that you can buy at health food stores. Take three capsules daily immediately after meals for a week. You can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper for soups, meats and more.
