‘Richard Siaw’ known by his stage name Richy Rymz, is a Ghanaian recording artiste from Sowutuom born October 5,1998.
Richy Rymz, the third of 6 children, was born in Swedru,to his mother Maame Mary(o kenkey).Rymz moved to Awoshie,Anyaa in the Greater Accra Region with his parents where he began his education, later they relocated to Sowutuom where young Richy Rymz started rapping and he continued throughout his educational career.
He attended University Practice Senior High School.He earned a diploma in IT.Richy Rymz began his career as an underground rapper. He appeared on popular rap shows and through rap battles he gained a name for himself. Richy Rymz met his manager Aikins OjukuMarley of Phoenix Records in Cape Coast. They have worked together as a team and over the years have released singles like ‘No Be My Face’ featuring AmgMedikal who is also a Sowutuom rapper, ‘Ishuru’ featuring Edem. Richy Rymz has worked with notable artistes and has been co-signed by the likes of Reggie Rockstone, Coptic and other notable names in the industry.
Richy Rymz often raps in his native language Twi,and also considered as a “multifaceted rapper” due to the various musical styles he possess. Richy Rymz has had the privilege of performing on the same stage with musical giants like Sarkodie,El,Yaa pono, Edem,VVip and MzVee.
Richy Rymz who is full of energy and passion is set to help push Africa to the world in terms of music. He is now own his own and still doing Great music..He release a new mixtape album few weeks ago titled The KOTY MIXTAPE ALBUM .
